Next year's plan proposals:

I. Content teams:
A. 3 hours each, once per month
B. Similar plan for each, to include pedagogical study and content study
C. Continue vertical articulation and support for teaching for deep understanding
D. Report out at common sharing time on delayed starts to ensure staff-wide ownership
E. Practice and share the use of excellent assessment tools and share results
F. Use 10-15 minutes to determine what will be shared at delayed starts, or assign members to develop that outside of meeting


II. ALT
A. Meet from 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. once a month (or 8:15 - 9:45)
B. Guide development of building goals and implementation plans
C. Provide input to administration on daily/weekly/monthly issues (events, calendar, committees, etc)
D. Use input from Data Team and other teams to guide building growth
E. 1/2 day at end of year

III. Staff Meetings
A. Include professional sharing and/or sharing student work (10-15 minutes) each time (single focus each time, i.e. vocab, math, personal)
B. Include adult community time (define what would be important on this)
C. Keep them simpler and use building moodle to share important information
D. ???

IV. Delayed Starts
A. Content teams will share what they have worked on and how it can translate into other areas, as well as results
B. Sharing of student work?
C. January and March D.S will be used to lead up to and follow up from Inservice Day (Instructional design strategies - STage III)
D. November and March D.S. are assigned work days (contractual)
E. ??

V. Inservice Day
A. August: 1/2 day district "stuff", 1/2 day ??? (data/assessment OR Vocabulary roll out)
B. January: STage III - instructional design break out sessions (differentiated) - to include Marzano, Tomlinson, others...
